Can't encode videos with VDub

whenever I try to encode a video with VDub, at 3% it says: "An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'ntdll'." , but sometimes it says some other module like p4 or something. Is anyone else having this problem? does anyone know the solution?

Mine would get to approximately 10% everytime and kick up an error. I don't know what exactly it said, but I fixed it by freeing up hard disk space.

3GB of free space seems to be what it needs to encode the files...
