The obvious question is 'what will you be playing with TCPMP'? If you're not going to play files which were encoded with SPEEX, you probably don't need that. If you're watching videos and don't think you'll be listening to FLAC-encoded files... you don't need that. If you're watching videos, FFMPEG will be needed but if you're just listening to audio then FFMPEG won't be important to you.
