fairuse wizard (lite version) or autoGK

You may also need anydvd (not free, but there is a trial version) or DVD Decrypter (free if you can find a copy)

Yup. That's it.

BTW, both Fairuse and AutoGK are easy to use and allow different choices for video size/quality/type. With Fairuse, you must have a physical dvd. With AutoGK you can convert video that's already stored in your hard drive.

Hi Hudra, I can warmly recommend Fairuse Wizard Lite. Its free and Stevenator65 has written an idiot-proof tutorial:

With about 10 clicks (and about 3 hours conversion time) your film will be converted. It doesnt get any easier than this!

I use FairUse as well & have not for about 6 months. I LOVE it. But I have run into a couple dvds I couldn't make avi files of, and from time to time I run into a series that won't come out complete. (I only get one episode) And the fairuse tutorial on this site is awesome!
