For full movies you can do it the legal way and make rips of DVD's you own. Then there are bad places, like Kazaa (err...um...shhhh!)

For movie trailers, shorts, animations, etc you can try Pocketmovies
Their downloads can get real slow sometimes. It's a privately held website so donations are recommended as his bandwidth usage must be huge! Some great stuff there...
