I am looking for the best free dvd to ppc converter. I see a lot of great software and I love Fairuse but i wanted to see what you guys thought it must be free or under $35 with most are but i would never pay that much. also what is the best format to use to make it the smallest yet best quality.

my favorite is using dvdx to make the movie into a vcd, they look ok on the little axim screen
