Both WMP (V10.2 build 14402) and TCPMP (.72) only play the audio of some WMV files.
WMP just plays the audio, no error, while TCPMP comes up with the below error, then plays the audio. I did have TCPMP .71 that had a few more errors, but upgraded to 72 and all the extras. "Player: Video Codec (Windows Media Video 9 Screen) not supported by the player!" Does anyone have anymore ideas? The files play fine on my desktop in WMP 10. If this happened on my desktop, I normally would use a piece of software called Gspot to find the appropriate codec, then search for and download it. I don't know how to do this, having had my Axim for only 4 months. btw, Gspot says this about the files: File Type: ASF (.WMA/.WMV) Mime Type: video/x-ms-asf Cheers, | |||

That's kinda too high...use a dvd to ppc (or something) program to lower the resolution to vga or qvga (whatever) and lower the adio quality to minimum (high quality audio's not necessary) and set the video quality so that the total bit rate's around 154 kbps (runs perfectly at this).
