Well for me, it is.. I should have my AX in 5-6 hrs.(FEDEX) At least thats what the tracking says. Anyway, this is not a new one. Its comming from computergeeks.com and has been flash with the A03 ...This is what I'm worried about after reading the forums. I've seen alot of bad things going wrong with the Windows media Player, after the update. Is this a problem on all , or am I worried about nothing? And or they any more problems with the udate?

Just don't go to Microsoft's download site for Pocket PC looking for 'updates' to any software you already see on the Axim -- the Axim already comes loaded with the latest software. (Well, ok there is a Transcriber update but it runs in RAM not ROM so I didn't bother with it.)

You can go straight from the box when it arrives to updating to A03 with no problem. If you got the 400 MHz model, put the battery in the charging slot rather than into the Axim itself, that way you can use the Axim immediately (leaving it in the cradle) while the battery still goes through the initial 4 hour charging period.

Well today wasnt my day----Stupid FEDEX----maybe tomorrow...
