MP3 Skipping
I've recently got my Axim, and have problems playing vbr mp3 (encoded with alt-preset standard (Lame)). At first I thought this was a problem with the player (PocketMusic), but it also happens in Media Player.

Anyone else had similar experiences?

It's encoded with alt-preset standard (vbr), using Lame.

what are they being played from?

I know my 1 gig microdrive CF card will skipp horribly on pocket music (Fine on windows media play and WithMp3).

i had the same problem with pocket music...switched to Withmp3, havent had a prob with any mp3 files since
