Big DivX on PC to Smaller DivX for Pocket PC?

Hi,

I have some DivX files on my PC but they are >300MB for a 1hr video.

I assume that I dont need that size/quality if i'm playing them on a Pocket PC (using TCPMP) on a 240x320 screen.

What is the best/easiest/free way to get these DivX files smaller for the PocketPC?

What kind of size should I be looking at for a 1hr programme at 240x320?
