Hi,

another newbie here

i own x51v, WM5, A012

I downloaded DivX for playing multimedia files however whenever I try to run an mp3 or avi file I get the following alert:

WAVE OPEN ERROR - Error in audio

I have never tried to play any other multemedia file on my pda.
Note that i get sound whenever i play games and talk through skype


(another thing, i cannot find the windows media player - doen't come with the pda?)

It doen't matter anymore.

For anyone, having the same problem,

just unintall DivX player and install the following programs;

1. BetaPlayer (for movies)
2. GSPlayer2 (for music)

I think they are free

Try TCPMP it will play both.
