I own a X30 and for the life of me can't figure out how to get the video to play on WMP or TCPMP. I even went to the Windows media website via the X30 and downloaded a trailer of a movie and still had video problems. The Sound is perfect but video is scrambled with the pixels. Pictures attached. Has anybody seen anything like this before, if so please help.
The video runs with the scrambled images and the audio is fine. I can only assume it needs repair. I have done a soft boot and a hard reset. Neither worked. HELP... ![]() | |||||||

What format is the video file? .AVI, WMV,....etc
