multi proc aware avi encoder?

Are there any VOb-> avi (divx, etc) that are multiprocessor aware?

I am not sure about DivX or the one-click solutions, but the latest XviD encoders support multithread. I believe all of the 1.2 builds will do multithread encodes. meGUI automatically sets 2 threads on my core2duo 7200 when using XviD.
