i HEARD THAT i need an encoder, how do i get one?

windows media player for pocket pc does not support avi or real player files

Use windows media encoder www.microsoft.com

Type it into search and it will pop up!

You could also use PocketMVP, which will play AVI. It can be downloaded here in the download section of Aximsite.

But to play it at a smooth rate you still must encode it for a cetain size or it will be too choppy.
