WMP Video problem

Hi, I am new, proud owner of an Axim, and I am having a problem playing a video file on it. I am using Media Player 8.5 and I am attempting to view a .wmv file. the file is a 'BMW Film' that I downloaded off the net. this file plays fine on my computer using Media player, but on the Axim it doesnt show the whole screen, only about half, and sometimes it skips frames and freezes images. Can anyone help me out ? Thanks alot !

Is it the *real* BMW film version, or has it already been encoded for a Pocket PC? If it's the real thing, it's way too big and too high a bitrate for Pocket PCs to deal with.

It is the original or real version of the video file (the same file I play on my desktop computer). If I need to encode it or something else to use on the Axim, then I dont know how to do it. If you could help, I would appreciate it !
