On my PC I load the media file (windows xp). Once loaded I use the copy to button. I then select the file I want to copy then select my pocket pc as the destination

Do you know how big your files are? It may be too large to fit in the Axim's memory.
If you have plenty of room, try using your File explorer on your PC. Look for the file that you want to copy, right click and choose copy, Look for Pocket PC in the explorer and select where you want to "paste" the file.

Also there is no support for WMV9 in PPC 2002. Make sure you are sending only WMV8 to your PPC 2002 device. WM 2003 supports WMV9...

On that note, does anyone with WM2003 also have the Plus! Sync & Go? I don't sync video with it because it certainly doesn't seem optimized for PPC and WMP for PPC2002 gets very choppy with them. Just wondering how the performance is with the new WMP playing any videos that are available for Sync & Go?
