resco picture viewer 4.11 plays .avi and .mpeg!!!

I accidently loaded up some .mpg and .avi movies on resco picture viewer 4.11 and they played very well. These were not reconfigured/optimized for the axim apriori. I had them loaded from another project on my cf card. Anyway, they played very well and no frames were dropped. The program did not freeze and did not skip. There is no playlist bar, but the movies appear in thumbnail view and you can zoom and fastforward. I checked the resco-net.com homepage and there is no mention of this feature. Has anyone else tried this?

I thought I saw it mentioned on Handango but, now I'd have to go look to see if I saw it or not.

yes i noticed this to, also on accident. I still think that pocketmvp plays the files smoother, but was surprised to c resco picture viewer displaying movies. I wonder if dell was aware of this.
