Trying to update pocketmvp and get share violation

I am trying to upgrade Pocketmvp on the ax but when I paste the files over to the ax, I get this error message, "Cannot copy divx. There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use"
Any advise?

Go to Settings, then System, Memory. Then go to the Programs tab, choose Pocket MVP, and stop it. And now try again.
