PocketMVP locks up Axim

Guys,

Just installed Pocketmvp on the axim, everytime I try to open a media file it either locks up the axim, closes down pocketmvp or the file i am trying to play stays on the screen and you cannot do anything with it.
Is it because I have used drdivx to encode the files ??
Any suggestions ?

I've had the same problem when playing video's that where just too much for PMVP to handle.

I've never used DrDivx so I can't comment. You want your encodes running 15 - 25 fps and maybe 128 Mbps - 192 Mbps.
