Hi guys, a mate of mine got me a Panasonic D-Snap SV-AV20 and it records asf (yes i know.. it sucks!! panasonic lies.. mpeg4 isn't asf!!) anyways.. i play it on the ipaq and it works fine.. audio and video works .. but when i load it on WMPPC9.0 on the h2210 i get the video but no audio... I believe it is a codec problem, however in the properties, it displays the audio codec for that file. Any suggestions?

You might want to look into playing your .asf files with BetaPlayer found here http://betaplayer.corecodec.org/ Install the player and then install the plugins for .asf .mpg and .wmv....Works great for me, I don't use WMP or PocketTV hardly at all anymore. BetaPlayer is my all in one video player now.

Note: Install the latest unstable ver. 0.091 of BetaPlayer and here is the link to the plugins http://forge.topcat.hu/frs/?group_id=5 Install the same unstable ver. as you did the player....Latest is 0.091 ... The plugin site is somewhat slow, but give it time it will load. Must be on a different server.

Also don't be afraid of the word unstable, they are far from that...

AAH!! Excellent, audio works now. I've always been using Beta Player, just didn't know you could update codecs on it. I only use wmp when i have to play asf or wmv. Looks like i don't have to use wmp ever again! woohooo Thanks a bundle BigD!
