How do i encode movies?

How can I encode movies for my Axim from avi, mpeg and quicktime? What program can i use?

The guide in the multimedia forum is excellent. I've used it over a dozen times with no problems. But if you want to buy a software to do it easily, I use Dr. Divx. Download it and give it a try.

Thanks a lot, i tried using both. Dr. Divx is quite easy to use indeed, but if i use the handheld profile, it wont let me inscrease the screen size above 176*128, and if i use the other ones, i cant reduce the frame rate...
