Oh whaddya know they make a pocketpc version of realplayer (I hope it doesn't suck as much as regular realplayer; I use realalternative). Guess I'll try it out.

Works great. They just need to make it look better on VGA devices. Also, the stream I mentioned is unavailable after midnight or so.

Do a search on your PPC IE for "TV4All" there are news broadcast you can stream. They have "mobile.tv4all.com" but I normally use the 'normal' site from the PPC, it has more choices. I normally watch CN8 (ComCast) **HOWEVER** Some 'channels' doesn't work, but there are enough for me - just to have news on while, say , working on my car (perched on a carmount)

Learn more about it (easier) if you check it out on your standard PC.
