Capture Pocket PC's screen (still image or movie) on Desktop PC

I want to capture Pocket PC's screen (still image or movie) on Desktop PC so that I can send the still images or movies to my friends to tell them what EXACTLY it was showing on my Pocket PC.

Which software is the best to do that?

I use GetPDAScreen for still images (it's free).

I use Pocket Controller. As the name suggested, it is SUPER controller for Pocket PC!!

I take a screenshot on my pocketpc and transfer it to my PC.

I have Pocket Pc contoller, it was 'bundled' w/ dotpocket.com's landscape /portrait orientation software. I can totally control the PPC (while active sync) from the desktop (showing the image of the PPC on the desktop screen)...
It's not free..but they do have a free-trial for 30days!!! At least withthat, you can capture the images and send it to your friends- at the same time deciding if this is a program you would want to keep!

I am using Wifi to connect my IPAQ4150 with my wireless router. Without using Activesync, I can connect/control/monitor everything on my 4150, in my desktop PC. I can do all the things on the 4150. No need to activesync.

Of course I can always do Activesync WHILE I AM CONNECTING THE 4150 WITH DESKTOP PC VIA PC CONTROLLER.

i havent' tried it yet w/out doing activesync. I am however connected to the PC via wifi (activesync via wifi also, not usb)... gotta check on that!!
