.avi back to DVD

hi everyone..first off a big THANKYOU to Bigsds63 for the idiot proof instructions on how to convert DVD onto my ipaq.Now that i've stopped patting myself on the back for doing it(well following instructions correctly

) i am curious...is it possible to convert back from .avi to DVD and if so is there a link that anyone can provide for me???
