Audio Sync problems...

Lot of info on this site...thanks!

I used DVD shrink and PocketDivxEncoder to make a copy of one of my movies so to watch on my PDA. I am using betaplayer to view it on my PPC.
Everythink looks great but I am having an audio sync problem. It is about 2 sec off then the video.

Suggestions???
