AXIM Movies

Has anyone ever used flaskMPEG for encoding video? Its great! It can even do small strips of video of unencrypted DVDs.

You can get for free from www.divx.com

It only encodes it as AVI, so I use Windows Movie Maker to lower the quality and compress the file.
