dvd2ppc or dvd studio?

hi.
what is the best commercial dvd converting program out there?

basically i'm interested in something that rips a dvd quickly (under 2hrs maybe?) and automatically (i.e in a one step process) and good compression (5 dvds on a 1gb card possibly?).

i am considering dvd2ppc but also dvd studio and dvd wizard.
can anyone give me their experience of these programs and which one is the best?
thanks.

Try this link:

As well as telling you about TCMP (which is SO good), it helps you with getting dvd's onto your PPC (telling you how, recommending software etc).

I use DVD Studio, and while it works most of the time..sometimes it just does not.
Also, sometimes the sound is not "sync'd" with the movie...the actors mouths are moving, but not in-tume with the words, kind of like an old Bruce Lee movie

I've been using Pocket DVD Studio and it's worked fine for me. You have to make sure the video plays OK first, then rewind and start recording. Sometimes the beginning of the DVD hangs up and doesn't play right away, that's when there are sync issues with the sound.
