Convert WMV to Mpeg

Hi guys~

I love to edit video using the Windows Movie Maker. The only problem is that it does the WMV format for saving videos. I want to also burn them as VCDs when needed. I was wondering if anyone knows of software that would conver the WMV file to MPEG-1 files?
