Ok, I have NO clue what I need to do to convert a DVD to my Axim. I read the FAQ's--they are way too confusing. Someone please break it out what I need to download, how to do it, what is the process from beginning to end. All programs, how I get it to the Axim, etc. all links ..everything!

I downloaded Dr. Divx and loaded it. I also downloaded PocketMVP Viewer but don't know how to get zip files toAxim--again the FAQ's are too confusing. Someone keep it simple stupid for me:

1) List ALL programs I need and links to get them.
2) Step by step for loading apps on PPC.
3) Step by step for everything else.
