I too am waiting on the new release as some of the features they list could be neat (Reading RSS feeds - could this mean podcasting from within Coreplayer?) but I'm not really expecting much, release dates that I've seen have been silently shifted at least 3 times (April -> May ->June) without any notice from the powers-that-be within Corecodec.

If they'd just tell us what and why the delays are I'd be a bit happier...

Can anyone see how to download it without having to get their updated software email? I cannot access the email account that mobihand is set up on...

I managed to download by using the link on my original purchase e-mail.

I downloaded using the link from my original purchase email. Worked fine but others have been having serious problems in downloading again!

However, the update looks really good. The Video engine is much faster and smoother and the new database feature for media files is first rate(at least on initial usage). It does everything Pocket player does in terms of organising files / playlists and is automatic and very very fast in updating the content.

Impressed so far....
