a wierd sound problem.
i supose this isnt strictly a problem with my ipaq cause while trying to find a fix i found the same problem on my dell laptop.
ok, i have a movie that was given to me its a dat file . now i watched part of it on my laptop with the headphones in and it was ok. so i thought i would finish watching it on my hx4700 . the problem is that on the built in speaker the sound is just squeaky noise. i tried several players and plugins but still the same. i then plugged inthe headphones and voila! the sound is ok!!!!! if i take the headphones out its bad again just uninteligable noise. then i found it did the same thing on the laptop . headphones good. speakers bad. then by accident i moved the balance off center by a fraction and the sound through the speakers came good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas why this happens??
