Download the one called tcpmp.pocketpc.0.72RC1.cab
It's the first one under the heading Windows Mobile CAB
EDIT: Having checked again it looks like that is what you have done.

Move this whole file directly onto your Ax and then run it there. Do not run it on your PC
Easiest way is copy it to an SD or CF card and then put it in the Ax and run it, that way if you need to install it again you have it on a card.

Thanks a lot. That worked. Did I get all the codecs with it. I read somewhere that I had to install all the codecs?

there are two plugins to get.
ffmpeg.setup.0.71.exe
and
ac3.setup.0.71.exe

run both on your pc and install to the same place on your ax as TCPMP

Don't forget the .flv bundle for streaming Google Vidoes. You can find a link to it in this thread. Don't worry that the Advantage runs WM6. The .flv bundle works with both WM5 and WM6.

The codecs give you the capability to use TCPMP with many different file formats. The codecs don't take up much room, so I'd install them all (I have) - you never know when you might need them.

When I clicked the link to find the file for tcpmp I didnt realize that I was at the official tcpmp site. I found and installed the two pluggins. I havent found the .flv bundle yet? Do you know where I can find it? Also I added some still pictures to my 4 gig cf that has about 5 videos on it. I can play some of the videos but it doesnt show the still pictures. I never did format the cf card. I read that you dont have to format a sd or a cf for videos but that you do for files? Do you think that is my problem? Thanks

I think this is a link where you can get the .flv bundle:

SourceForge.net: Files

What file format are your pictures? I have never formatted either the CF or the SD card I use.

Have you associated TCPMP as the application to use to open these pictures? Open up TCPMP, tap Options > Settings > Select Page > File Associations. If you have the Codec installed for JPEG files, you should see this file type in the list of file types, place a checkmark in the box.
