4.95/month for streaming videos, 9.95/month for downloadable videos. Am trying to build the largest library of PPC movies around so that when the big studios figure out how to offer recent movies, we can help offer it to the public.

I know how expensive is webhosting for multimedia (even if you can get now 10-20 Gb and unlimited transfer for $100 one-time payment), but what I really don't understand is what are you exactly offering?
Old movies, mono-audio, commercials?

What are you doing is right and I wish you the best.
But where is movies like you can get here?

Most of the free streams that are offered on the site are hosted by other locations and such. The movies that I'm offering for download are currently Public Domain, basically there isn't a copyright on them. I'm trying to build a library of these movies/cartoons in order to build a clientel. At present time I don't have anywhere near the financial backing to invest in something of Movielink's caliber....plus working out the copyright details would be a nightmare. With more support, I truly hope to be able to offer these movies. At present time, every penny made get's re-invested into the site...whether it be server upgrades (another 1GB of Ram will get installed sometime this week) or acquiring more content. Not a penny from the subscriptions is going into my own pocket.
