Has anyone been able to us the Realone player to play streaming audio on the Axim? I've tried it and I can't get it to work. All of the sites I try never start and time out with an error. I know a lot of people dislike Real Player, but there are a lot of internet radio sites that I want to play that only provide Real Audio content.

If anyone knows how to make this work on the Axim, please let me know.

I have the same problem... everything times out... I've had success with one news channel, but that was using Windows Media Player instead of RealOne... none of the RealOne stuff works... any ideas out there on how to make this stuff work?

I've read on Google Groups that if you try and use the PocketPC version of RealOne through a firewall, it won't work (NAT, etc). I was really angry to learn that it doesn't support premium content since I use it for MLB baseball games.

Well, That's not acceptable. They'd better develop something that does work behind a firewall... sort of defeats the purpose now, doesn't it? Especially when running a wireless network, you want some security for your network. Wonder why they even released something that doesn't work behind a firewall.

Sorry, I meant to say it WORKS with NAT. Behind other older firewalls it has problems.

Which version do you have? 1.0 or 1.1?

BTW, I have never gotten RealOne Mobile to stream over the USB or Cradle, only the WiFi network. I don't think ActiveSync connections are supported.
