if u already have divx movies what program are yall usuing to play, of course WMP doesnt accept divx without the divx codec? and there isnt a codec from the divx website for pocketpc

You need to install PocketMVP. A divx player for PPC. And also your divx will have to be encoded down to play on PPC. Check out my site for the specs. of the divx in my guides and you can also download the PocketMVP player from there.
