PMVP + WM2003 = brief pauses, other issues
a search turned up nothing so...
I've got an X5 advanced with WM2003 A05. I installed the .exe file for the WM2003 version of PMVP, and it works, but after the first 15-30 minutes of playing, the video pauses for about 4 seconds every 2 minutes.
This is amazingly annoying. I never had this problem with PMVP in PPC2002.
Also, if i play a video to its completion, PMVP closes automatically after it's done playing and exits to the today screen, and the only way i can load the program again is to soft reset. Also, most of the time when it exits, the menu bar disappears and i have to reset just to get it back.
On rare occassions am i able to play more than one file before PMVP crashes.
The only time i can use the .avi index to seek is right when I've opened the file, before ive started playing it, and i can only use it once; additional attempts result in the Axim crashing.
is this really the only .avi player out there? has anyone else had any of these problems? are there any fixes?
i'm guessing there are some settings i ought to tinker with?

Checked boxes:
- Keep Alive (what the heck does this do? the screen still dims according what my brightness settings are)
- Enable cache
- Cache size set to approximately 2 MB
- Drop tolerance: set very close to minimum
- No buttons mapped
