Corrupt Music Files
Many of my music files, when moved over to my Axim X5, with Pocket PC 2003, seem to get corrupted such that they will not play properly. Some will play for 20 seconds or so, then stop, some will make it half way through, some will make it all the way through, some skip like a bad vinyl record.
I've tried both .WMA versions and .MP3 versions of same song. All songs play fine on my desktop PC using Windows Media Player. I've tried other Media players on my pocketpc and they have the same problem as WMP. Anybody else experience this?

hrmm yes sometimes, umm it may be that your songs have right protection management, where did you get them from? if you got them off of a cd or peer to peer or sumthin like itunes that may be it.
try butning them to a cd, ripping it then putting the files on the axim

Instead of burning and ripping back, try to convert them to WAV, and back to MP3. Also check your conversion settings with Active Sync, maybe someone fiddled around and added .mp3 to be converted... :/
