i want something that can run on the taskbar or today bar or ANYTHING other was to process any throughput to the headphones/speaker in 3d or surround enhansment

actually my sig is 16 lines on my comp :)

no it wouldnt need extra hardware because gs player has it built in but only filters THAT programs audio output what i need to to do is filter and proccess all outputed sound
