while i am encoding video for my X3i using WME, i noticed that the color bit remained unchanged, i.e., 24 bit before and after encoding. since the ppc can only display 16 bit color, i wonder if 24 bit is a waste and eats more power and file size. if yes, is there a way in WME to change it to 16 bit?
