Hmm, easiest solution I know of would be to split the file using virtualdub - if you set both video and audio to direct stream copy and select the first 2/3rds the first time, and save as AVI, then the last 1/3rd the second time, and save as AVI as another file, you should have two compliant avi files which you can put one on one card, one on the other, then put them both in a playlist.
You'll have a short pause between the two I expect (pick a good point to split them in virtualdub), but I don't think that could be helped.
