Just download Resco File Explore. It cost money but you can use the sharware version after it expries, you just can't do things like copy and paste files with it. All you do is map your Network into it and then tell it to become a folder under my devices and it will now make your files viewable for players like Windows Media Player and what not on your PPC. This is what i am doin right now while i test how long my x3i will run before the battery dies.
I have access to all my MP3s now but the drawback is it takes alittle time for WMP to open now when wifi is enabled because it has to grab all the files from the network(over 500 of them). Takes about 1 minute but once it is open you can skip through songs fast. I get great skip free playback all around my house and down the street some. | ||||
