GSPlayer 1.96 out Yesterday
I saw that GSPLayer 1.96 was posted yesterday. I downloaded even though what I got from the web site was for ARM only. I tried it and it worked. I wonder if anyone else had looked at it and if so what the difference is between it and vs 1.94. I have added info from the website.

GSPlayer 1.96 out Yesterday
I just tried version 1.96. It came out yesterday 2-23. I had been running 1.94. I have yet to find the differences even thought the text at the website shows new stuff.

Can you post the link for this program please? I've been looking for it for quite some time.

Does the new version support memory cards better? I was messing with it yesterday and if my music files aren't stored in the my documents folder they aren't recognized. Right now i have my cards set up with a folder on each that says "Music SD" "Music Cf" depending on the card of course. These are in the my documents but GSplayer won't see them. Any help appreciated, I am starting to like this program more and more!

I have not upgraded to 1.96 yet I am still on 1.94 but I can use my OGG files on my CF card without issue using GSPlayer. I have two folders on my CF card; Songs and My Documents. All of my OGG files are in songs. I don't have anything in My Documents at the moment. I did create a ignore_my_docs file at the root of the CF card. This allows GSPlayer to see and use the files in the Songs folder.

My x5 had no problems after a softreset, I have had some weird things going on and it just needed to be reset. All my music showed up. Haven't tried the x3 yet though.

one issue that i have have with GS is that about half the time i change the volume it does a quick pause, drives me insane. it only does this for a little while (mostly if my axim was just turned on) but then it goes back to normal

I got that problem too, but if I press the pause/play-button a couple of times it goes away. Until next time I'm going to listen to some music...
