I have been trying to copy files using the Window Media Player (7.1) and continue to get an error.
If I copy files into "My Documents" I also get an error message.
However, if I put in a compact flash card with windows media files on it, I play play the files on the Axim X5.
Any suggestions?

Might want to check this other thread choppy vid. It's hard to get both quality and small file size either way.
I've had the best results with the encoder on pocketmatrix using pocketMVP. YMMV.
