Conversion and Viewing DVD on PPC ??

I've read a lot here about different software to convert DVD's to AVI format for viewing on the PPC. (EX. Pocket DVD Sudio & PocketMVP)

What is really the best conversion software and format?
What is the best viewer for the PPC?
Does it matter if you store these movies on SD or CF cards as long as the are big enough?

I have an X5 Advanced with Pocket PC 2002.

FairUse Wizard is what I am currently using and compared to other conversion software is fantastic. Especialy since it does everything in one program as opposed to using a ripper and then an encoder.

PocketMVP and Betaplayer are two good players to view the videos on your Axim.

SD or CF will work fine to watch the movies from.
