Windows Media Video

Question for those who know. I had no luck converting the simpsons's episodes I have into a format the would play w/ pocketMVP, so I've been fiddiling w/ using windows media encoder. What settings should things be set at to play video. Im not sure what frame rate, bit rate and audio to use. The video plays mostly smooth, but drops frames (probally cause the frame rate is at 20 right now) Ideas? Input?

Windows Media Encoder allows you to make "Pocket PC" size movies. So does Windows Movie Maker 2.0...

Yea, pocket pc size movies w/ windows media are large and not that hot, and they drop frames. So I would use pocketMVP but most of the files I have either wont play on pocketMVP or I cant convert them. No luck w/ what I've found on this site, any suggustions?

Email me. I will try to help you out personally. I'll need to know alot though.. like what you are using for sources... what you are encoding and what happens... basically if you have ICQ I could step you through it while I study...

Yea, but its a Pocket PC, not a TV. Ease of use is more important to me than quality. I have my laptop if I want to watch a movie.
