NEW `Betaplayer`, a multimedia player
It plays `everything`, OGG, MP3 and wav, avi and divX

The Interface looks like this

It is an open source app, so you can modify it if you have some programming skills

More here

Enjoy.

Peace,
Henk.

Great player.

It'll be even better when the power-off bug is fixed, plus adding mpeg and mov support as well as bookmarking.

I'm not asking for too much am I?

mov support i can live without personally, but mpeg would be useful to replace pocketmvp completely. it already plays .ogm files much better than pocketmvp can manage, which is good 'cause now I can start using ogg audio properly in my encodes

(which is a shame as i've just encoded many hours worth of TV episodes from my DVDs, but hey - any excuse to do it again and put of revision that bit longer )

I vote for streaming media I wasn't able to find that option? Did I overlooked it?

Peace,
Henk.

Hey Sheepy, I know exactly where you're coming from. My first exam is a week today

Odie + X3i + BetaPlayer == ~(prepared for exam)

~ is the 'not' symbol btw

oh yes, i know that just finished my programming assignment so i'm well versed in that stuff

It's just the 9 other subjects I've got exams on in four weeks time I need to learn now (daft university has just changed back to year-long modules after going to semesters previously, so all our modules this year are two semester long ones appended together, with all the exams at the end, meaning i've got exams now in things I haven't done since before Christmas. Great, isn't it?)
