I've got the Dell CF wireless card and I'm trying to connect to some hockey games. But when I click on a link at http://nhl.com/intheslot/listen/radio/index.html, nothing happens.

The site does open up a new window when trying on my desktop, so maybe that's the problem. But the audio is still through the Windows media player.

Not all sites work with Pocket IE. If there is a popup window, you are most likely out of luck. One thing to try would be to listen to the feed on your desktop, then go to the properties and see what the URL of the feed is. Then put that into your Pocket IE or Pocket WMP. I've not had much luck listening to these feeds. I was expecting to listen to MLB games, but the RealOne player doesn' t support listening to "premium content".

Thanks. I'll try that idea of trying to get a more direct URL.

In this case, I did go to one of the two stations broadcasting the game that I can't get on TV. Happily, they actually have a specific link for Pocket PC users and I'm now listening to the station that is broadcasting the game.

I sent an e-mail to the station that airs the Canucks (the team I'm interested in) and asked if they've ever considered doing what the other station does. (A Columbus station in this case.)

Thats a really good idea. Its easy to make sites Pocket IE friendly so why no let the webmasters know.

BTW, what is the URL of the station that offers the link?
