DR DIVX help
I have been doing some DIVX encoding with Dr. DIVX for Axim x3. I have used the “canned” template that is in the program called “PDA” but the quality is low and the image size is small. Does anyone have a good set of settings that will produce a a file in 320x 240 at about 245 megs?

I use the settings of 224kbps, 1 pass for video and 32kBit/s at 22050Hz for audio.....Check out my website for the step by step guide and some sample video done at these settings.

If the files you are trying to encode are already in AVI format then use PocketDivxEncoder, it works wonders and is the faster encoder i have ever seen.

or if they're in mpg format... do the same
it works with any type of input that you can play in windows media player (so you should be able to go straight from a dvd rip to a pda playable xvid... but that said, for some reason i've not got that to work, so if anyone could help out there i'd be grateful... do i need to do anything special?) | |||||
