Slow WMP with networked wma's
Ok here's the dilemma, i have a wifi network setup via a wifi router, my main pc has a wifi pci card and my X5 has a cf wifi card.
now, when my main machine is switched on i can open wmp without to much delay and stream around 5gig of wma files to my axim, however if my main pc is switched off and im using my wifi enabled X5 to read post and check emails, if i open wmp to listen to the wma files stored on my 512 sd card it takes about 20-30 minutes to open wmp.
obviously wmp is trying to connect to an unavailable drive, is there anyway to disable this in wmp? i could unmap the drive via resco but this seems like a bit of a faf.
any help would be appreciated
