Help! Movie Newbie...
I've been a Palm PDA user for many years and I have no experience with movies on PPC.
I downloaded BetaPlayer but there are 4 different cab files. Which one do I use on my 3Xi?
Also, is there a site to download movies or trailers in a proper format for BetaPlayer?
TIA - Newton

Thanks!
I did as you suggested, got a trailer on my x3i, but the audio doesn't work. Plus, BetaPlayer does not want to recognize the movie file, but I got it to work anyway.
Any suggestions?

hmmm,
1) you might try to download the samples listed on the betaplayer site:
http://betaplayer.corecodec.org/
2) if you are still having issues, you might try to let picard (the programmer) know. He hangs out a lot on this forum:
http://www.corecodec.com/modules.php...viewforum&f=24
3) you might also try to encode a sample of your own (DIVX or XVID)
good luck,
nelj
