PocketDivx, powerful, free, supports multiple formats, free, landscape compatable, did I say free? I think you can pick it up over at pocketgear.

I cant seem to get PocketDivx to work. When I try to play an MP3 or a movie file, it locks up and I must do a reset.
Any help? :D

Thanks,
Greezy

It's possible you don't have enough resources to run the mp3 or movie file.
Try shutting down most if not all applications and try again.

Perhaps the mp3 or movie file you uploaded is corrupted? Or, maybe you have a corrupted PocketMVP?
Try playing a different mp3 file.
Or, try removing PocketMVP download it again from another source and reinstall.

A good MP3 player for the Axim is XAudio. It's free and works great!!

Another nice feature of PocketDivx is the inclusion of an equalizer. I listen a lot on airplanes and this is a good way to overcome some of the background noise. Now if it only had the option to save multiple configurations... :)

I've given up on PocketDivx.... It just wont work.

I used PocketTV, and it worked great, but it kept bugging me to buy it every 15 seconds.
I purchased a 512mb CF card, the battery lasts just long enough to play all (work) day long. Windows Media plays them just fine.

I'm not getting any messages w/ my pocket TV. Strange.
Does it have to be running for a long time before this happens?

I believe that PocketTV requires a free registration (runs for 10 days without registration).
